Engine modification

I just want to know if it is possible to change my engine to Toyota hilux 2.4 diesel engine and what will I also need to change? The bakkie does not have/use a computer box.

Anything is possible with enough time, money and planning.

The issue is that you will end up changing over pretty much the entire drive train over as none of the parts are the same between the Nissan and the Toyota. You will need to make engine and transmission mounts, custom exhaust and multiple wiring changes. The fuel system would need alteration and the dash you have would not talk to the Toyota pieces.
