engine misses above idle. but if i pinch fuel over flow and increase fuel pressure it runs fine.

have you checked to see if the fuel pressure is within spec? If it isn't, have you checked the regulator?

fuel pressure is within specs eGR valve is fine have checked everything except for smoking to find vacuum leaks . when looking for codes check engine light just stays on and there's no codes flashing. but when pinching off return line fuel pressure jump to a hundred it runs fine. Idle is smooth.

I think possibly it's the computer. or a vacuum leak.

I also replaced fuel pressure sensor.I replace the fuel filter just to make sure.also check voltage to all emission parts.

If you are sure the fuel pressure regulator is good, then check intake vacuum to see what kind of reading you get. It should be around 17.

Than doing that tomorrow and smoke machine.

haven't done of smoke test yet vacuum is 19 lbs. I suppose I should do a compression test to. I just can't figure out why when fuel pressure gets above 70-80 lbs it runs fine.

If you have 19 lbs vacuum, it should be fine, but you could have one low cylinder.

Have you checked your EGR Flow ports? There is about 4-6 holes the size of a dime which get plugged up with carbon which causes hesitation and misfires once the engine warms up/ EGR kicks in.

The 90-93 Accords were recalled due to this and I had the exact same problem.

compression was 146 to 150 Replaced the ECU with known good one. replaced cap rotor plug wires.after all that BS it ended up being sticky injectors. which I thought about to begin with, but ask a couple of Honda mechanics and was told they are either bad or good. used a concentrated cleaner and canister with air pressure ran it for 20 minutes and it runs fine Now. thank you for all your input.
