Engine Misfire Code P0301?

I replaced the VCT solenoid on my truck listed above and it fixed the issue. However, I started to get a cylinder misfire (P0301) after replacing the solenoid. The check engine light turns off sometimes and comes back on with the same misfire. The code wasn't there before.

It is common for the ignition coil/spark plug to fail and they need to be replaced on the number 1 cylinder. Here are the instructions in the images below to show you how, once completed, clear the codes to recheck. I would consider doing the remainder of the spark plugs and coils as well. Please let me know what happens.

I replaced the spark plug, the coil, and the fuel injector already.

Okay, then the next step is to check compression on the #1 cylinder please use this guide below and you can rent a gauge at the auto parts store for free or cheap. should be about 135 PSI or higher.

Remove the fuse # 45 in the main junction block (right rear of engine) to disable the PCM. Please report back with the readings. If the reading or okay let's do a vacuum leak check when the engine is cold.
