Hello,

Could you please double check the Direct Trouble Code (DTC) for us. It should have a letter and then 4 (four) numbers. We will be happy to look up the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for your vehicle's DTC(s), so you can get it fixed, but we need to know what the DTC(s) are so we can look up the correct guide(s) for you.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no service information available from either one of our resources from BMW for this Direct Trouble Code. I have included all the information available to us in the diagrams down below. Please look over this guide and hopefully you can get an idea of what is going on and get back to us with what you are able to figure out.

Thanks,
Alex
