From your description of your problems this could be related or it could be 3 separate problems. You need a code reader to check trouble codes for look P0700, P1125, P0120, and P2138, Write down all the trouble codes and clear them this will reset your pcm. The turn signal arrow lamp may just be a bulb, Check all the exterior lights and replace any faulty bulbs, The throttle response could be carbon and junk build up around the throttle plate making it stick, Clean the throttle plate really good with an soft cotton rag with carburetor cleaner make sure to get the bore plate free of dirt. If you still problems with it there could water build are the gas pedal module it with need dried up. I;m attaching wiring diagram, location and procedures below check it out.
