Engine light on, codes PO496, PO171, PO131, PO15B and PO496

I have replace the O2 sensor, the map airflow sensor, the air filter, the valve cover and the engine light is still on.The codes that is throwing are PO171, PO131, PO15B and PO496. I have even change the spark plugs and it is still going on. I am lost just need some answers. thank you
