Engine light flashing

A flashing engine light can indicate a lot of things. Often times it is a misfire that could do damage to your catalyst (catalytic converter). Please have the vehicle scanned by either a mechanic or your local auto parts shop (should be free) and write down the code(s). Let us know the codes and any symptoms.
