Can you please pull the Direct Trouble Code for us from the Data Link Connector[DLC]?In the diagrams down below I have included the instructions on how to pull and read Direct Trouble Codes[DTC][s] from the DLC, and the location and pinout diagrams for the DLC. Please get back to us with the DTC[s], and we can go from there.

Can the lack transmission fluid cause engine check light to come on?

Hello again,

Sure. Direct Trouble Codes[DTC][s] 58 and 59 are for Transmission Fluid Temperature high and low respectively, and DTC's 72 - 90 are all transmission related. What DTC[s] did you get from the blink code?

I didn’t get any but found out that I have a transmission leaking problem even car was warmed up l barely had anything in the transmission I assume that might be the problem but don’t know why I didn’t get a code for it I even tried a paper clip. Lack of fluid could have cause the cooling to run like that?

No, it don't believe so. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram for your vehicle's cooling fan circuit. I would look for a short to ground in the dark green and dark blue wires that I have highlighted for you in the diagram. A short to ground, like rubbed off insulation exposing wire and then having it touching the body, would cause the relay to energize and your fans to come on. Please check this out and report back with what you find out.

Didn’t find anything wrong but have a question about voltage for temperature sending unit. with ignition turn on what should the voltage meter read when tested it only go five volts?

Could it be that power train control module be bad the car has been sitting up for 7 years before I started driving it?

I don't think so. Let's make sure you are looking at the correct part. In your vehicle there are two ECT's. One is the ECT sensor that the PCM uses and the other ECT is the switch that the temperature gauge uses. They both have different resistance values to them so the voltage reading that you get will be different for both of them. In the diagrams down below I have included the diagrams for the locations of both the ECT sensor and the ECT switch for your vehicle. Also I have sent along a chart for the expected resistance values at different temperatures for your vehicle's ECT sensor. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you find out.
