Engine shuts off while driving

Hi, the car keeps stalling while driving the car. But it starts up with no problem. Sometimes it will drive for five minutes before it stalls sometimes thirty minutes. The car is now at the Chevrolet dealership in the Philippines and still cannot find the problem. The computer scan is now telling us that we need to change the crankshaft sensor and we already changed this with the previous mechanic. Could it be the wire harness?
We have changed already a few of the sensors on the car. I hope you can help us.

Likely the problem is the harness. They should be able to check it using a multi-meter looking for a short circuit to the ground by hooking one lead up to the connector and the other up to the ground, and then setting the multi-meter to the Ohms setting (resistance). Then they would jiggle the wiring all around and watch that reading. Any reading less than infinity at any time indicates a short to ground. Replace the bad wiring and the problem should be solved.

Good morning.

There are two crank sensors for this engine. Can you find out which sensor they replaced?

Also, did they check the fuel pressure to be sure pump is working correctly?

Also, a bad ignition module is a common failure for this issue. It is located under the coils.
