Replaced 6 driver side lifters and oil and oil filter. He also put different rods with what's on top of those used in, now it's running a lot louder and worse along with passenger side is now needing lifters replaced when there were only 2 needing replaced from driver side, i replaced them all and my oil pressure is extremely low. Sometimes when i start my car the motor shakes for 3 to 8 seconds shaking my entire front of my car, you can tell looking at the front when it's started how it shakes/rocks 4 the few seconds.

Now that the oil pressure is low it means something is wrong like the incorrect lifters were installed? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Lets run the codes and do a compression test to see if we can find out which cylinder is having the problem.

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

You said you had low oil pressure, what is the PSI?

I suspect he either installed the wrong lifters or installed longer pushrods.

Does he have the part numbers of the parts he used? If the vehicle is louder then it was then I suspect he installed longer pushrods which will keep the valves slightly open and you may have the exhaust valve hanging open during the combustion or it is opening quicker on the cam lobe.

Let's start with this and go from there.

I attached the part number for the lifters below. Let's make sure they are correct.
