Engine knocking when idling

Car seems normal while in transit, but starts knocking loud when you come to a stop. Just had major tuneup. Runs great. Engine seems very strong when driving.

Put a mechanical oil pressure gauge on it and see what the oil pressure is. Knocking at idle suggests low oil pressure is letting the bearings rattle from loss of oil. What did the tune up cover? What oil was used?
