This vehicle was repaired by another mechanic because the cylinder head gasket worn out. Then after this the vehicle could not raised while engage on gear. So, I did the crankshaft sensor installation procedure and P0335 was gone without returning. But this engine misfired without indicating a particular cylinder, so I removed spark plug and visually inspected them, Cylinder 1 and 2: black carbon deposit, Cylinder3: burns fine but cylinder 4 soaks oil/ gasoline. I got another used plug and replaced it, it idles fine but jerk on engine load like when you engage gear, so I noticed that the spark plug is almost out. So how do I test to see whether the turbo is good as the engine discharge smoke from tail pipe or is it misfire causing the smoke?
I also need the location of the intake manifold runner.

The intake manifold runner can be causing these problems here is the location of the runner control solenoid so you can see if they are connected correctly. They call it a variable swirl control solenoid. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem. once repaired clear all codes to recheck.

Hi!

I started by visual inspection and i noticed that wastegate solenoid, one of its vacuum hose was broken and i repaired it, also see that air bypass valve the small upper hose was broken and i repaired. Replaced 3-spark plugs and vehicle idles very fine but there was slight white smoke on the exhaust. Then the variable swirl solenoid valve was faulty because i used battery to apply voltage to it and it did not make operating sound. I slightly kick it using spanner but i didn't make any sound. I concluded that the variable swirl solenoid was faulty and need replacement. I don't know if this is causing rich i.e slight white smoke on the exhaust. I noticed again that p0335 comes back sometimes with intake manifold runner code, could it be the variable swirl control solenoid causing it?

Let me know after you replace the variable swirl solenoid!
I replaced the Swirl solenoid, then Code P2009 was gone but P0335 and P2006 were still coming back with white smoke. Swirl shutter switch is what I will check this morning and that's what is causing P2006, being stuck, also the shirt fuel trim was -25% and it does not change may be there's a lack of power to O2 sensors or the sensors being worn out.

With the white smoke does it smell like coolant? You could have blown head gasket. Let's go over this guide to run the test to confirm the problem.

Please go over this guide and report back.

With the white smoke does it smell like coolant? Smells like fuel vapor after some time it will vanish. Sometimes burns black smoke. The P2006, I have solved it remaining P0335. But the vehicle does not kick down, where is the transmission dipstick location?

P0335 is a code for “Crankshaft Position “A” Circuit Malfunction.” This means there is an electrical connection issue, how is the condition of the connector? Can you check the pins to make sure one is not pulled out of the plastic connector? Please start a new question for the transmission dipstick problem. Please unload an image of the connector if you can.
