Engine Idle and acceleration issue?

Normal idle, wants to shut off when given full throttle acceleration. It bogs down at about half throttle, then you let off the gas, it returns to normal to high idle. It feels like it's out of gas or the timing is off. It will not grab the RPMs; it bogs down when passing half throttle. It ran perfectly then I had some electrical work done on the lights, afterwards, the engine does not respond to full throttle. This is a one-cylinder XY6000, 4x4.
