Can you get a picture of the message? If the engine is hot then that is why we have this message. You said everything is fine but does the engine run hot or cut off?
Here is a guide that will help with overheating issues.
Let's start with this and go from there but if nothing is truly wrong with this vehicle then you can try a battery disconnect for 10 minutes and see if that forces a reset of the module.

Okay, you got this message right after you changed the spark plugs? If yes go back to the wiring around the plugs and see if you knocked a sensor wire off by accident. You can get this message if the engine coolant sensor harness is unplugged or damaged. The computer defaults to thinking the engine is hot and starts limiting things in order to cool it off. The sensor is just above the exhaust manifold on the front of the engine.

I also changed that cooling sensor too and checked all wires that I touch only and starts fine just that the fans stay on AC off and the display on dash.

Did you change it before getting this or after? It sounds like the sensor isn't reporting properly, either a broken wire or defect in the PCM are likely. Do you have access to a scan tool that will show live data to see what the ECT is reporting to the PCM? It is acting like the sensor is either disconnected or shorted to power. A scan tool should show the codes to help track it down.

When you replaced the coolant sensor did you use an OEM part? Some vehicles are really touchy when it comes to what parts are used. Also you really need to find a scan tool that would let you see what temperature the coolant sensor is reporting to the ECM. The reason is that by default if the sensor was unplugged or the wiring was bad or damaged the computer will automatically think that the engine is running hot. But in the scan data you can see the reported temperature.

I bought the sensor at AutoZone. I think it's like the original one but going to check the hardness to make sure it is not damaged. Going to try disconnected the battery hope that will work.

I would look at that close. Do you have a scan tool that would show live data? some of the low cost ones do that, the Autel AL329 that you can get at many places can do limited live data, coolant temperature is one of them. With it you could easily tell if the sensor is the issue.
