has no power when I put it in drive or reverse?

I have the vehicle listed above 2nz engine, it has no power when I put it in drive or reverse and strangling to rev with a boobooboo sound. But when in park it's reeving normal.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. I would check the transmission fluid first and we should run the codes.
