Engine harness swap?

Hey y'all, I was just wondering will a 2019 engine harness from a Jeep Renegade 2.4l motor, will it work on the vehicle listed above with a 2.4l motor? I mean they both have the same exact connectors just want to be sure before I just purchase them and have to get the one made for the vehicle, but I don't see a difference in the two harness just the year and make if anyone could break it down for me, I'll really appreciate.

The engine harness from a 2019 Jeep Renegade with a 2.4L motor is unlikely to be a direct fit for a 2015 Dodge Dart with a 2.4L motor, despite both vehicles having the same engine size.
