Engine disabled message and codes p0107, p2101, and p0651

Just put in new clutch then put car back together and now I am getting an engine disabled message on dash.
Getting codes p0107, p2101, and p0651.

It is not a key security issue.

Hi,

Looking at the codes, the first thing I would suggest checking is the gray wire between the PCM and the throttle pedal position sensor. So, go to the TPP sensor and disconnect it.

Using a voltmeter or multimeter, check for a 5v reference.

The PCM is in the left rear of the engine compartment, so the wire may have been damaged, pinched, or disconnected.
