Hi ,
engine cranking but not start. but when I remove all four camshaft sensors connectors then engine start.
also, when camshaft sensor has been connected , no signal with ignition coils and injectors, but with camshaft sensors disconnected signal came back.
if I want car to start I should disconnect all the four camshaft sensors.
your assistance please.
thanks

Hello,

It sounds like one of the camshaft sensors is shorted out causing the computer to lock up, try plugging them in one at a time until the engine will not start then replace that sensor.

Sometimes the computer can not catch a bad sensor.

Please run this test and get back to us so we can continue helping you.

Cheers, Ken

Good morning
I have contacted owner of the car & he informed me that his original engine has been broken due to an accident and replaced with used one.
his original engine is 3.0L but the new one is 3.3L , he didn't replace ecu system!
I think this is the problem .
do you think is it the reason ?

no engine will think it's a 3.0l and run like one. as long as all sensors can be hooked up it should be ok, try a security system reset hey had to disconnect battery to replace motor.

security system reset has been done already , but I think camshafts of 3.3L engine have different timing , so sensor will not get signal on time same case with crankshaft .

that is true as I didn't check that out with different timing then computer would need to be changed or is the 3.0 doesn't have variable timing and 3.3 does then there is an issue with wiring as well I think as well as computer. you may have a sensor not able to hook up as well which is causing your problem.
