Where is the Engine Cooling Temperature Sensor located?

Got a new engine on my 1.0 EcoBoost because the timing belt went on the other engine but the mechanic who put it in either forgot or didn't know where the ECT sensor i think is it went into.

The engine coolant temperature sensor is in the thermostat housing. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
