I need to replace the ECTS but I cannot find it anywhere and there is no pictures or videos I can find on the internet to show me where it is.

There's all kinds of variants with their own component location drawings. Start with this first drawing showing components on the back of the engine. If this doesn't match your model, I'll try the next drawings.
What kind of problem are you trying to solve? Temperature sensors normally have an extremely low failure rate because there's just one component inside them. Cut wires and corroded connector terminals are much more common than failed sensors.
