Engine running hot

I have changed the radiator the water pump and the thermostat and my car is still running hot. I can't figure out why none of the fluids are leaking out but as soon as you turn it off it cools down really fast.

Just a quick question first. Do you happen to know if the electric engine cooling fan comes on when the car starts getting hot? I've attached a picture below. Get back to me and we'll go from there. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
