These codes have been coming up intermittently for a year and stay on for about 100 miles then go off. The check engine light is coming on more often now. Time to repair.

145 is 3rd O2 sensor slow response which is behind converter, and 497 is low purge flow for evap system which can be several things but must be smoke tested for a leak first.
