Engine codes P09ac, U2584, P3400, and P0001?

So, these are codes for different systems, did they all come up at once?

I would check the electrical connector at the Cylinder 1 injector to check for damage or corrosion. if it looks okay, I would replace the injector here is how. One of the problems is when I clear the codes they don’t come back on until we drive the car again, sometimes within a minute sometimes 10 or 15 minutes and they all come back on.
