Codes P2106 and U1039?

P2106/U1039.
I see the p2106 on several vehicles nowadays, is this usually a troublesome one?

The code P2106 is related to the throttle control actuator. Are the attached codes the only ones present? I ask because there are several things that can cause this to turn on. See pic 1. The U1039 takes the focus to the ABS system. see pic 2

Are these the only two codes present? If you delete them, do they come right back? Is the engine running normally?
