Car keeps going in limp mode. checked the code said it was a faulty throttle body. So I changed the throttle body and the accelerator pedal sensor, but it keeps going into limp mode. any ideas on what it could be?

Good morning,

I listed the possible causes for the code below. In most cases, it is a wiring issue for this failure.

You may need to update the PCM module with the latest information as well.

Note: 'x' equals any number 0 through 9 or letter A through F.
Note 1: Reprogram or update the calibration. Check for other DTCs and diagnose those first. Make sure to check for aftermarket performance products before installing a new PCM. Clear the DTCs, repeat the self-test. If the DTC is retrieved again, install a new PCM. Refer to Section 2, Flash Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) See: Computers and Control Systems > Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures > Flash Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM).
Note 2: DTC P1000 is ignored in the key on engine off (KOEO) and key on engine running (KOER) self-tests. Disregard DTC P1000 and continue as directed.
