the engine service light is on and i scan the computer it show a code PO351 and sometime the engine have miss what is the cause and what is the meaning of the PO351 code?

it's a coil pack problem see pic could be any of the things listed.

It will only fail when in operation and is difficult to test, the coil packs had problems on this car.
