Engine cannot start after being flooded

Hello,

Did the water get inside the car when it was flooded? We need to scan the car for codes and do a CAN scan as well to see whats going on. There are two guides to help us fix the car:

We did a scan after the hybrid vehicle control unit was changed. Also changed the hybrid battery and the electrical batteries.The error the diagnosis is giving ''Immobilizer malfunction'' so how to bypass this issue?

You cannot bypass the immobilizer, it sounds like you have a ID issue that must be reprogrammed the CAN scan will tell us for sure. We should check the fuses (ECU B2, IG2 2 and meter) for power that run the system. here the wiring diagrams so you can see the way the system works and the fuse locations as well, this guide will help check for power:
