engine bogging down when turbo kicks in

i recently changed my exhaust manifold and turbo (ct26) since the change the drives fine until you step on it and the turbo kicks in it bogs down like not enough gas once i ease off it drives normal i can achieve hiway speeds and better but not while turbo is engaged help
