Engine bogging?

I have the car listed above that I run in a crown vic series. I'm having engine issues. When I hit the gas at full acceleration my car would bog at high RPMs a few times then kick into a fast acceleration. After that experience the car would start then shut off after a few seconds and now the car wouldn't start at all.

Yep, this sounds like a typical fuel pump failure, but I would start by changing out the fuel filter, here is the location so you can change it out. I have also included how to change the fuel pump out in case you need it.
