turns over but wont start no spark/no fuel

Car turns over but wont start. no spark/no fuel. The plug that plugs into the pickup coil does not have power, but the other plug has power.

if it has a tachometer try disconnecting that wire if it will by it self. then check pickup coil 400-1000 ohms. take ignition module to auto parts to test if it is good or not. if you have no spark fuel will be shut off as well.
