Engine running rich

What makes you say it is running too rich? Do you smell fuel or have you monitored the o2 sensors?

The answer to this will lead us in different paths. If you smell fuel then I suspect you have a purge valve issue. If you have monitored o2 sensors then you either have an injector issue or another intake sensor like the Mass air flow sensor, issue that is causing the PCM to dump too much fuel.
