engine

Hi, had my injecters in my nissan xtrail changed about 3 weeks ago (2.2ltr diesel) for about a week now there has been a sqeal comming from the engine when first started that goes after about 5 minutes went out this morning and it wont turn over. There is charge in the battery has all internal electrics are working can anyone give me any advice please
