scan for codes at an auto parts may be a misfire. If it is have a local professional freeze frame it so he can check sensors as it may be a sensor bad causing the problem. That is cheapest option for you.

Misfire On One Cylinder

have this freeze framed with a scanner as it may be a sensor and you may be wasting money by putting coils/wires etc on it to cure it . these are very hard to diagnose nowadays. you can check resistance of plug wires, compression as well as resistance of coil . but it may be an injector or another sensor screwing up causing the misfire.
