Push button emergency brake, can it be move?

It should be possible to make an extension harness and add a new switch in a spot you can reach. I would add the new switch in place of the original. It is not a simple switch though, there are 10 pins on the switch, GM (23386912) so I would likely get the switch and maybe a harness pigtail from a salvage yard and determine where you can mount the switch then extend the wires on the pigtail, so it reaches. I would say you could wire it in parallel but it's a somewhat "smart" switch and one could override the other because of the automatic release of the switch in normal use.
You may want to talk to a dealer about the wiring, there might be an OE solution or at least a harness option that would make it easier to relocate.

No problem. Thank you for your service. I would think that there are some places out there that already have kits for this, but they likely think they are gold plated like they seem to do with anything involving disabilities.
