The car jerk when the transmission is shifting?

The car jerks when shifting gears starting with 2. When I let off the gas and press again it seems to clear. No check engine light. Fluids are clean and full. Idle is smooth. No odd smells. No previous issues like this before today.

It sounds like the engine is misfiring which is first noticed when the car shifts gears because this is when the engine is under the most load. Do you have a check engine light on? If so. this can tell you which cylinder is having an issue. Also. if you have not tuned the engine up it could be time, here are two guides to help us see what's going on and get the problem fixed. I have included diagrams below to show you how to change the spark plugs in the diagrams below.
