Electronic Problem

Problem is clicking sounds faster version of turning signal sounds. It comes and go. It has been more than a year and I took repair shop when it started. They said ignition coils need change and it changed all of them while twice brought my car (also engine oil pressure light was on). I was afraid bringing my car there anymore even had warranty because it didn't fix sound problem so I am planing either bringing to dealer or repair shop which deal with especially german car. My car's antenna is broken, back side cigarette charger broke and that spot has been opening. I have never taken care of my car well and twice or three times car accident. (It is hit and had dent was repaired.) I spent less than $2,000 repair when car stopped working after a year of purchase as used car. I am very afraid seeing big number for fixing my electronic problem. Can any one guess how much it could be and is that worth fixing? IDo I need bringing to dealer (which I have never done) or local shop can repair???
