Electronic issue

This started yesterday. I want to give my mechanic a general diagnosis so I don't get charged for checking every wire in the vehicle. I would turn and the A/C would still run but the cooling would go out... just blowing hot air. Driving on the way home, the power steering would go out turning a slow speeds (both directions and in reverse). Today I was trying to diagnose it and now whenever I turn the car's electronics restart like I just turned the key (car lurches, engine skips when I turn, etc.) Is this the battery, alternator, wiring, etc?

The A/C fan blows, but does not blow coolant (I just recently replenished it). Whenever I turn the wheel, all electronics restart and the engine skips for a split second. It started with the A/C, then the power-steering would go out, and by the end the electronics would restart completely (lights, A/C, power steering, engine, and radio skip, and the car beeps as if key was in). Is this an issue with the alternator? To summate, whenever I turn the steering wheel, something bad happens.

I hope this cleared things up. If not, please let me know.

Okay, I would start with power.

I would load test the battery to be sufficient power is available for the systems to function correctly. Low voltage causes so many issues. Make sure the battery cables are clean and tight.
