Hi,
First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.
The idea of the horn not working and the airbag light being on sounds like it could be related to what is referred to as a clock spring in the steering wheel/column. The clock spring is a spiral-wound rotary type electrical connector which allows a vehicle's steering wheel to turn while still making an electrical connection between the airbag and the vehicle's horn.
I'm sorry that I don't have pictures of the one for your vehicle, but this is what I would suggest checking first.
