Electrical system nightmare and the battery drains overnight

The digital speedometer does not work, the fuel center is not working and the electronic climate control center is not working, I put a new BCM on it today and now the speedometer comes on for a minute and then it goes off. Where do I go next? I have already replaced starter, alternator, and battery.

Hi,

Since we know there is an electrical draw which drains the battery overnight, that is where we need to start. I suspect if you locate the draw, we will find the issues you are dealing with.

Okay, I read the article on finding the draw and I’m about to start testing. Do you by chance have a wiring diagram for this car? I don’t have one and I’m not even sure if it might have more than one fuse box in different locations.

Hi,

Yes, I would be happy to help but I need information. You indicate this as a 2001 Fleetwood. The Fleetwood was discontinued in 1996. Please confirm model and year.

Also, let me know what specific schematics will help you. There are tons of schematics. If you are looking for the fuse box orientation and fuses, let me know.

Hi,

This is going to take a bit. The way it is broken down in my manual is quite odd. The fuse panel is under the dash.

For me to tell you what each fuse does requires looking up each fuse number, following a schematic, and then I can determine what it is for. See pic 2 for example.

Here is what I need you to do. Following the link above, identify which fuse seems to cause the electrical draw. Once you do that, tell me the fuse number based on pic 1 below. I will then determine what component or components that fuse powers.

I'm sorry I have to do it this way. Because of the model year, things are somewhat limited. Normally, I have a list of what each fuse does. This one doesn't. However, if you identify the fuse number, I can tell what it is for. I hope you understand. If we don't do it this way, I will have to attached nearly fifty confusing schematics.
