Dash lights and air conditioning fan go off simultaneously at random times for no apparent reason. engine continues to run but all else is not working then everything restarts engine continue to run AC fan surges.

Good morning,

The first thing that comes to mind is the ignition switch as it is common for supplying power to the accessories.

You need to check the voltages at the switch to be sure power is being supplied when this happens.

I attached a diagram of the ignition switch and I circled the wires you need to test.
