My battery was dead and change it. Now all the lights in the dashboard flashes like a Christmas tree. Any tricks?

Hey DDELORME,
Did you try jump starting the vehicle before replacing the battery?
If so did it start and have lights on the dash then?
Does the car now start and run?
Which lights are on once the engine is running?
If it starts and you have lights on the dash you can send attach a photo so we can see what you have going on.
