I have no dash lights, no tail lights and no turn signals.

I have no dash lights, no tail lights and no turn signals. I replace the headlight switch still no dash lights, still no tail lights. new turn signal switch still no turn signals but I have hazards. If i turn the headlights on i can jump a wire across to give me dash and tail lights but still no turn. I have replaced the fuses.
