My truck cuts off when i hit bumps and my dash lights up ABS lights. it shuts down and will not start back up.

Sounds like a bad connection or two. I would start with the battery cables, clean and check them at both ends. They like to corrode internally and the power loss can upset the computers.
Next look for any other loose connections like from the engine to the body and body to frame. Now get in, start it up and try moving the dash panel at the ends, and look under it for any loose connections.
