Not getting power to fuel pump

I just bought the vehicle listed above that is not getting power to fuel pump. I opened up the fuse panel and discovered the previous owner had taken relays out. I do not know which direction they go or which relay goes where and the fuse diagram doesn't show type or direction of relay.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

First, I have attached a picture of the under hood fuse and relay box. In addition, I attached the legends of what each fuse and relay and fuse is for. If you look at picture 1, it shows #41 as the fuel pump relay.

Now, there is a fuse box in the rear of the vehicle also. However, it differs based on if the vehicle is a short wheel base or long. Pictures 7, 8, 9, 10 are for the short wheel base.

The long wheel base rear fuse compartment are the remaining pictures.
