The Circuit Breaker gets extremely Hot if I don't pull it from Fuse cluster. I just put a new circuit breaker in. Why would it get That hot. Once it opens shouldn't it get cool?....Where would the best place to look for the short/open?....Both items work ( power locks /and drivers seat)...+ when I 1st installed new cber.

Hello,

Keep in mind that a circuit breaker is designed to 'break' when it gets too hot.
If the break consistently goes bad that there is a wiring issue.
Inspect the connectors for the seat motor as well as lock switch.
Check for any corrosion or melted connector.
Also check for any wires that has cracks or break in the insulation.

I have attached the wiring schematics for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
