The windows do not work and neither does the instrument cluster?

I replaced the alternator in my car listed above and ever since my windows don't work and neither does the instrument cluster.

Okay, you could have had voltage surge when reconnecting the battery which is common. I would check the "gauge" fuse which runs the cluster and the windows. Here is a guide to help and the location of the fuse as well:
