The car would not start one morning, recharged the battery and it started. But the turn signals and hazard did not work. Plus the car starts slowly.

Check the "LH BEC BATT 2" fuse in the fuse block under the hood, left side.
If you meant the starter cranks over the engine slowly, are you sure the battery was charged long enough? If so, have the battery and starter tested. This can be done while still on the vehicle at almost any shop and even some auto-parts stores for free, such as AutoZone and Advance Auto.
