The cooling fans won't come on. Also, recently the cluster gauges have stopped working. It lights up but that's it. When we remove the fan relay and straight wire it from one side to the other, everything works as normal. We have tried multiple new relays but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Please Help!

I attached the wiring diagram for you to view. The relay sends a signal to the module which turns on the fans.

You need to test for voltage at the relay and the module itself.

Test for 2 powers to the relay with the key on. Both feeds come from the 2 fuses in the diagram. Make sure they are good.
