Electrical functions are going out one by one

My CDC screen has been hazy for a while but now my electrical functions are going out one by one. I replaced the battery and it did not help. My clock went dim then gone completely. i got a new battery but still not there. once in a while I can see the red trying to flicker back on but most times it's just dead. Now my Trips and A/C reset every time I turn the car on, then all of my dome lights went out (at the same time) my fuses and relays are all good. I don't know what else to do so any help is appreciated. Thank you
