Hi guys. Are you aware there are fuses inside the vehicle and under the hood? It is pretty common for one or two to blow from current surges when reconnecting the battery. That is less likely to happen to the large fuses under the hood, but that is what is suggested when you have multiple dead systems like you described.

The radio will always have two fused circuits. The one for the memory circuit is not labeled as such. It is always tied in with some other circuit that is always live, and the interior lights is a common one.

Where I would start is by measuring the voltages on the fuses for some of the dead circuits, but ignore the radio for now. The smaller fuses have two tiny holes on top where you can stick the meter's probe. You can use a test light too. It's faster and can be more accurate in some cases. Based on what you find or find missing, we can figure out where to go next.
